Refund policy

At ¥BadassFolk$, every piece is created as part of a limited-edition drop. For this reason, all purchases are considered final sale.
This policy explains your rights and our terms for refunds, returns, exchanges, and pre-orders.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For customers in the European Union, your rights under EU consumer protection law remain unaffected.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
As our collections are released in limited drops, all purchases are treated as final sale.
- Returns are only accepted in line with UK and EU law.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and packaged.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm by email and process either an exchange or a refund within 5–10 business days.
Pre-Orders
Some products are offered on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:
- Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled once placed.
- Estimated dispatch dates are displayed on the product page. These are estimates only and may be subject to production or customs delays.
- Refunds for pre-orders will only be issued if the item is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed upon delivery.
- Refunds cannot be requested before delivery or due to waiting times related to production, courier delays, or a change of mind.
- By completing a pre-order, you confirm acceptance of these terms.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are possible for the same item in a different size, subject to stock availability.
- Because our drops are limited, exchanges cannot be guaranteed.
- If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Accessories (e.g., jewellery, keychains, stickers)
- Gift cards
- Sale/clearance items
When Refunds Apply
Refunds are only available once an order has been delivered and received by the customer, and only in accordance with this policy.
- Refunds cannot be requested before delivery.
- Refunds cannot be requested due to production times, pre-order timelines, courier delays, or change of mind.
- Refunds will only be granted if an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or approved under statutory rights.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed only after returned items have been inspected and approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been collected by the courier, responsibility for safe delivery passes to them.
- We are not liable for courier delays, theft, or misdelivery once dispatched.
- Customers must raise delivery disputes directly with the courier.
- If the courier cannot resolve the issue, contact us at contact@badassfolk.com, and we will assist where possible.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
