Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • During collection launches (“drops”), processing times may be longer due to high demand.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Once your order has been collected by the courier, responsibility for safe delivery passes to them.

Pre-Orders & Shipping

  • Pre-ordered items are dispatched once production is complete. Estimated dispatch dates are displayed on the product page and will be updated by email and social media channels.
  • Orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once the pre-order item is available, unless otherwise stated.
  • By purchasing a pre-order, you agree to the stated shipping timeframe. All timeframes are estimates and may be adjusted due to production schedules, customs processes, or other factors beyond our control.
  • By completing a pre-order purchase, you confirm acceptance of the timeframe and acknowledge that disputes or chargebacks on this basis will not be valid.

Shipping Methods & Times

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch):

  • UK Standard—3–5 business days
  • UK Express—1–2 business days
  • EU Standard—5–10 business days
  • Rest of World Standard—7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or customs clearance.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local authorities.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Risk of Loss

  • Risk passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
  • If you arrange your own courier, the risk passes when the goods are collected from us.

Tracking

  • All orders include tracking details, provided by email once they are dispatched.
  • We are not responsible for updates or delays once a parcel is in the courier’s possession.

Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unpaid duties, or refusal of delivery, the order may be returned to us.
  • Customers are responsible for any reshipping costs if the parcel is resent.
  • If a customer requests a refund instead, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been collected by the courier, responsibility for safe delivery passes to them.

  • We are not liable for courier delays, theft, or misdelivery once dispatched.
  • Customers must raise delivery disputes directly with the courier.
  • If the courier cannot resolve the issue, contact us at contact@badassfolk.com, and we will assist where possible.
