Shipping policy

Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
- During collection launches (“drops”), processing times may be longer due to high demand.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
- Once your order has been collected by the courier, responsibility for safe delivery passes to them.
Pre-Orders & Shipping
- Pre-ordered items are dispatched once production is complete. Estimated dispatch dates are displayed on the product page and will be updated by email and social media channels.
- Orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once the pre-order item is available, unless otherwise stated.
- By purchasing a pre-order, you agree to the stated shipping timeframe. All timeframes are estimates and may be adjusted due to production schedules, customs processes, or other factors beyond our control.
- By completing a pre-order purchase, you confirm acceptance of the timeframe and acknowledge that disputes or chargebacks on this basis will not be valid.
Shipping Methods & Times
Estimated delivery times (from dispatch):
- UK Standard—3–5 business days
- UK Express—1–2 business days
- EU Standard—5–10 business days
- Rest of World Standard—7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or customs clearance.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local authorities.
Address Accuracy
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- We are not liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Risk of Loss
- Risk passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
- If you arrange your own courier, the risk passes when the goods are collected from us.
Tracking
- All orders include tracking details, provided by email once they are dispatched.
- We are not responsible for updates or delays once a parcel is in the courier’s possession.
Failed Deliveries
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unpaid duties, or refusal of delivery, the order may be returned to us.
- Customers are responsible for any reshipping costs if the parcel is resent.
- If a customer requests a refund instead, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been collected by the courier, responsibility for safe delivery passes to them.
- We are not liable for courier delays, theft, or misdelivery once dispatched.
- Customers must raise delivery disputes directly with the courier.
- If the courier cannot resolve the issue, contact us at contact@badassfolk.com, and we will assist where possible.
